RETURN POLCIY

OVERVIEW
We aim to provide clear and consistent information regarding returns. Please review the details below before making a request.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Item Received: If the item received does not match the item ordered.

  2. Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives with damage that occurred prior to delivery.

Documentation is required for all return requests.

TIME FRAME FOR REQUESTING A RETURN

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging and materials must be included.

  • Items showing wear, installation marks, or alteration are not eligible.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased in error

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items that have been installed, altered, or modified

  • Clearance, custom, or made-to-order items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Items returned without prior authorization

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
A Return Authorization (RA) is required before any item is shipped back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


REFUNDS

If a return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
A refund will not be issued if:

  • The item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete

  • The return was not authorized

  • The item arrives after the return window has closed

  • The request falls outside the 7-day reporting period

REPORTING DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

To request a return for damage or an incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of:

  • The item

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label

  • The damage or discrepancy

  • Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may enter processing quickly, and cancellations are not always possible.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and may only be addressed through the return process if applicable.
