This sticker is intended to alert users and supervisors on a playground of multiple warnings:
 
1. Remove recreational helmets, drawstrings and accessories around the neck
2. Surfaces may become hot in direct sunlight and cause burns. Check before use.
3. Serious injury or death can result from falls onto hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or compacted ground. Do not allow play unless protective surfacing is present and appears properly maintained.
4. Adult supervision is recommended.
 
This sticker is ANSI and UL 969 compliant and meets ASTM requirements.
